About

Our Stem Cell Therapy protocol is minimally invasive and has little downtime for the patient. Following the infusion, there is usually a 1-2 hour rest and recuperation period.

Method of Administration

The MSCs are administered intravenously by our medical team. An IV line is inserted into the forearm, and the cells are administered into the line by hand over a few hours. Our manual administration protocol reduces temporary side effects while increasing cell viability numbers, resulting in greater therapy efficacy.

The procedure is non-invasive, and the infusion of cells causes no pain. Our medical team closely monitors the patient throughout the procedure to ensure his or her safety and comfort.

The MSCs are administered intrathecally by our medical team. An IT line is inserted in the spinal fluid, and the cells are administered into the line by spine over a few minutes. Our manual administration protocol reduces temporary side effects while increasing cell viability numbers, resulting in greater therapy efficacy.

The procedure is minimally-invasive and the patient will be sedated during the procedure. Our medical team closely monitors the patient throughout the procedure to ensure his or her safety and comfort.

The MSCs/Exosomes are administered intra-articular by our medical team. The cells are administered in the bones & Joints (knee/shoulder/ankle/wrist) and the procedure will be completed in 1-2 hours. Our manual administration protocol reduces temporary side effects while increasing cell viability numbers, resulting in greater therapy efficacy.

The procedure is minimally-invasive and causes no pain for the patients. Our medical team closely monitors the patient throughout the procedure to ensure his or her safety and comfort.

We are an outpatient facility, this means that patients will only be in the medical or wellness centre for the duration of the therapy during the day.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs)

Millions of cultured and expanded Mesenchymal Stem Cells derived from ethically donated human umbilical cords are administered in the human body.

Umbilical cord tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs) can differentiate into different cell and tissue types. UC-MSCs have been shown to secrete growth factors, cytokines, and chemokines, which improve various cell repair mechanisms. All of these functions contribute to MSCs’ anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties.

Exosomes are small vesicles, or sacs, that are released by cells and contain a variety of biomolecules, such as proteins, lipids, and RNA. They are important for cell-to-cell communication and have been shown to play a role in a variety of physiological and pathological processes.

Exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are known as MSC-derived exosomes (MSC-Exos) and have been found to have similar properties to MSCs themselves, such as immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects. Like MSCs, Human Umbilical Cord-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (HUC-MSCs) can also release exosomes, known as HUC-MSC-Exos.

Research has shown that HUC-MSC-Exos contain various proteins and RNA molecules that are involved in regulating cell growth, differentiation, and survival. They have been shown to have therapeutic effects in pre-clinical models of various diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, cancer, and cardiovascular disease. They are also being studied as a potential therapy for conditions such as osteoarthritis, diabetes, and inflammatory bowel disease.

Regulation & Donor Screening

All our stem cells are obtained from ethical sources. We provide mesenchymal stem cells harvested from the human umbilical cord (Wharton’s jelly) at passage 2 (premium quality) for better results.

Our donors are screened for infectious diseases and the cells are cultured in a sterile environment following WHO guidelines.

Viability Testing Conducted

Cell viability assays are used to assess the physical and physiological health of cells in response to extracellular stimuli, ensuring that each patient receives required dosage.

COA Authenticity

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document that conveys the findings of scientific tests performed on the cells prior to infusion. The COA was created to ensure that we adhere to all safety/efficiency regulations. COA is provided to each patient on the therapy day.

Post Therapy

Therapy Result

Therapy outcomes are quantified by comparing changes in inflammatory markers from blood test reports before and after therapy. In some cases, results are quantified by analysing health questionnaire data.

Patient response to therapy is influenced by a wide range of biological factors, but it is also influenced by the patient’s behaviour and lifestyle.

Patients who follow an active lifestyle, an anti-inflammatory diet, and limit their consumption of alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine can see long term results for 2 years or more, depending on their condition.

Patients have reported little regression on average up to 24 months after therapy, and patients rarely return to their pre-therapy state.

Expected Improvement Timeline

Within 3-6 months of therapy, measurable results may be obtained. This is indicated by a significant decrease in inflammation levels and changes in general vitality as measured by our follow-up questionnaire or blood test results.
